Results of the first CASE projects competition Russian Centers for Advanced Study and Education Program has estimated the projects of the first competition aimed to establish Centers for Advanced Study and Education (CASE), which was announced in 2000. The competition was open to classic state-run universities in Russia, except the universities of Moscow and St. Petersburg (and their branches).
